Pasta Granaria, one of Italy's finest, manufactured in Isernia, in Molise region, using ancient methods and techniques as well as the highest grade Durum Wheat Semolina. It maintains its shape and firmness once cooked, best enjoyed “al dente” (not fully cooked) to taste its authentic flavor.
Born in 1882 – Pasta Granaria comes from generations of artisanal excellence, and it is the result of decades of optimization of the recipe and the manufacturing processes.
The incoming raw materials are accurately selected and accepted if they comply with the standards set by the company. All production phases are constantly monitored thanks to the quality system capable to guarantee the certification of the product. Granaria is certified: BRC, International Food Standard, Bio Production, ISO 14001, Kosher.
